Author. Principal. Wife. Mom. Learner.

I am the principal who once dropped out of high school as a student. I have been a part of crumbling systems in many capacities - student, mom, teacher, administrator, and community member.

I have seen systems fall apart under high stress, chaos and change. Many leaders believe the immediate way to fix issues within chaotic, high-stress environments is to  insist on discipline and rigid control to prevent failure, but based on my research and experience, I believe the real power lies in embracing the chaos to build resilient systems by prioritizing a connection-first framework where trust is the ultimate starting point.

Join me on my journey, or reach out and let me help you along the way of yours.

A woman with long wavy brown hair, wearing a white blazer over a white top, sitting at a table in a library or bookstore, smiling slightly at the camera. In the background, there are bookshelves filled with books, a stuffed animal of a giraffe with a blue scarf, and large windows letting in natural light.

Let’s start the conversation.

Whether you are navigating change, rebuilding trust, or looking for practical strategies to strengthen or create a new team, I would love to hear your story.
